Do this ride late in the day and you should walk on. Long boring tunnels lead you to the boats. Lots of moving parts, plenty of looting and pillaging and a catchy song to go with it!

I love the cannonball splashes in the water near the traveling boats. The beginning drop in the dark can be a little trying if not used to it. But the long upward walk through those long boring tunnels a inconveinance, esp if you do the ride more than once. I love the pirates singing! Always something to look at!

This was my favorite ride the first time we came to MK. THe ride is wonderful. The effects makes you feel like you are really back in the time of the pirates. A must see!! WONDERFUL!!

This has always been my favorite ride at MK !!! Some might be startled at the surprise in the beginning of the ride though. Every time I've been on this ride I notice somthing I hadn't before. This is just the all time best ride !!!

Another favorite ride at Magic Kingdom!

If you have to wait in a long line it can be boring since there's nothing to look at and you're in a tunnel. If the line is short, then you're in luck.

The ride is fun and starts off with a small drop in the dark. Could frighten the younger kids but it's not bad at all.

You're taken through several areas living the life of the pirates. Each area is entertaining, song is fun/catchy and great for the entire family. My favorite area is toward the end with the dog holding the keys to the jail cell with the prisoners in it. For some reason I get a kick out of that dog!

Defintely worth checking out!

This is a great ride, it can be boring in the tunnel waiting for the ride, but once you get there you are transported back in time. It is great. It is also a great ride on a hot day!!

The music is addictive too! You'll be singing it all day!!!

I love this ride, it ranks number three on my favorites list. I sing the song all day, and I love the opening drop and the scenes with the drunk pirate and the cat, the pirates singing as they loot, and the ones who say "we wants the red 'ead!" The whole thing is just really fun. Everyone has said that the tunnels leading to the ride are boring, but I disagree. There are a few cool places, like when you pass the gate that looks like a jail cell, and you look down and see the skeletons playing chess! On the other hand, I have not waited in line for this ride in years. I always go first thing in the morning or during other non crowded times, and I never have to wait. A must see! And I love the shop that the ride leads to at the end. All that pirate stuff is so fun!

Ranks way up there on my favorites list and is definitely my favorite pirate themed ride. Not scary at all, unless you have young children, and they might cease to be scared toward the end anyway. I'll admit I never really appreciated this ride until I was on it when it broke down, and though that may seem like a bad thing, I wasn't. I really got to take a look around and see how much work went into the making of this ride. Great ride, usually short waits (mainly because I go in the mornings mostly) and a great atmosphere. Plus, you'll have that darn song stuck in your head for a long, long time. Outstanding!
