Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress:
One of the most popular attractions in Tomorrowland since 1974, Carousel of Progress was the first to take on the new look of Tomorrowland both inside and out.
The musical comedy show has been seen by more Guests than any other theatrical presentation in the history of American Theater since its debut at the 1964 World's Fair.
The show traces the impact of technological progression on Americans' daily living, from the start of the 20th century into the near future, with a cast of family characters brought to life through Disney's Audio-Animatronics.

Summary Alright

Reviewer's Comments

If you have a wait for a fast pass or something like that, this a good ride to go on. It makes you realize how lucky you are for what we have now, such as electricity, etc. Don't wait all day to see it. It is also one of those attractions to sit down and relax in.

Summary Appreciate What We Have

Reviewer's Comments

If you want to take a break from walking around all day but still be entertained, this attraction is good. It teaches the kids what life was like many years ago, how technology has developed/changed over the years and given us what we have now. You're set into reality and learn to appreciate the technology that we have today. Could you imagine going back in time and losing the many things we have now?

Summary cool

Reviewer's Comments

I love this ride! It is cool and old fashioned, and it shows what life was like in different decades of the twentieth century. It's great for taking a break from the heat and fast rides, and there is usually no wait. The only bad thing is it is not open all the time, and I wish it were! My favorite section is the 1920s kitchen, but they are all neat, and funny.

Summary One of the best

Reviewer's Comments

For a ride that is nearly 50 year old, it still takes its place as one of the greatest rides of all time. Not scary at all, but that's not the reason this ride is here. Its about progression, and how it effects the average person. Has a lot of weight, though the future portion needs to be changed a bit. The song is catchy, and you will probably be humming it while riding on Space Mountain later on (if you like Space Mountain, that is). It was always one of my father's favorites, and now I can come to enjoy it just as he did. Always great, for all ages.

Summary The best ride in the park

Reviewer's Comments

Still the best ride/show in the park, capturing what WDW and Disneyland before it were all about. Walt should be proud!

This is a great attraction for everyone. Appropriate for all ages. You go into a theatre and watch a show from the past to the future. One of my favorite. I recommend it!
