Great experience!
Reviewer's Comments
Try to avoid the busier times of the day and you can walk in. Upper floor table near to balcony best for viewing. Loads of memorabilia everywhere. Food a little pricey, but quality and service OK. A different dining experience.

Excellent time
Reviewer's Comments
We had a longer than usual wait time, but it was an oversite by that staff and they were very quick to apologize and give us a complimentary appetizer. The food was excellent for adults and kids. The waiters & waitresses went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. It was really one of the best experiences we had for dinner.

Excellent
Reviewer's Comments
A great dining experience, and very, very large. However, it is also very popular, so you will wait a long, long time to be seated. Other than that complaint, the food is excellent, and the theming is off the wall outstanding. Definitely a must-do.

Summary
Mickey would be ashamed!
Reviewer's Comments
Our evening at Planet Hollwood had started well but got progressiveley worse as the night went on. Our party had 4 adults and 1 child and we had been given 2 $25 discount vouchers which we hoped would have been taken gracefully by Planet Hollywood. We were asked immediately by the server if we had any of these vouchers and when we produced 2 of them he didn't even try to hide his disappointment. He lost his quirky sense of humour and went on to recommend the most expensive dishes on the menu I presumed he was trying to encourage us to order more expensive food so that the final bill would make up for his loss of tips caused by the discount vouchers. When we didn't order the more expensive meals and opted to share some dishes he became even more frustated and almost ignored us for the duration of our stay at the restaurant. We almost had to beg him to refill our drinks and he deliberately took his time in doing so, the meals were almost thrown on to our table and although he food was good our evening had been totally ruined. I would not recommend anyone to dine at Planet Hollywood and if Disney knew that PH were treating their customers in this way Mickey Mouse would be horrified!!!!!

Poor
Reviewer's Comments
Had been told how good this place was but we were very disappointed.Had to wait nearly 2 hours (in october 2003) to get a table then got served food that was not worth the wait. The fries were rock hard and over done and the burgers were the same. When we complained we were looked at as though the british should not complain.
We also had the same problem as the other reviewer about them taking the $25 discount voucher. Will not eat here again

Summary
A must do!
Reviewer's Comments
We had an excellent time in PH at Downtown Disney in August 2003. They had a concierge type set up at the bottom of the steps up to the resturant to enquire about seating and to get a time for a table. However when the staff member heard that we had had a small accident in our hire car and I had recieved a "Moving Violation" ticket from the local police they bumped us up the queue and made a real fuss of us ;-). It was almost as if they wanted us to go home (a couple of days later) with a good feeling about Florida and the general experience. Food was perfect and it was the first time I had ever been asked how I wanted my burger done, medium rare or welldone!
I must reiterate this is a must do and is worth waiting for.

Really great service. My friends and I had to wait for 45 mins to eat, but once we sat down the service and food was fab. A great place to eat before venturing onto Pleasure Island.
