Summary Magical

Reviewer's Comments

It's every young princess' dream to have breakfast in Cinderella Castle with Cinderella herself, and here's where it comes true!
It's a nightmare trying to get priority seating for this breakfast, and it's funny to see just how many people are there on one morning, and that they must have got up early and jumped through hoops just to be there.
The food is preplated, and if you don't want that you can get pancakes, although they had a strange taste to them.
Fresh fruit and pastries are plentiful and the waiters keep your cups and glasses topped up.
The characters can vary, but I saw Cinderella, Aladdin, Belle and Snow White. Jasmine and the Fairy Godmother were in the lobby. The Fairy Godmother was wonderful, and even though there was along line waiting, she spent time talking to me and it made me feel really special
If you can get PS, then go for it!

Summary DIDN'T LIKE IT???

Reviewer's Comments

I am a little scared to say this but DH & I really, really didn't like it. I thought it was a buffet but it was a preplated breakfast. The food was terrible. The only nice thing I can really say is that the atmosphere was nice. And believe me, I am normally more than fair when reviewing. I was definitely not worth the time to get the reservation or the money we spent. Give me Crystal Palace over this anyday of the week and twice on Tuesday!! Please don't let this deter you - make your own judgement.

Summary Only so-so

Reviewer's Comments

Although it may be heresy to say it, we didn't really enjoy this breakfast. The food is only average, and the character interaction was not good. The 'princesses' certainly seem a little stand-offish.

There are better character meals to be had, although this one will probably remain a 'must-do' for the girls.

Summary Not as good as expected!

Reviewer's Comments

We did this the same week as the Princess Storybook breakfast at Epcot and i'm afraid this one was not as good. We saw Mary Poppins, Jasmine (greeting at the door), Snow White, Prince Charming and Cinderella. They stayed at the table about 30 seconds tops. We were seated on the right hand balcony and waited a good 45 minutes for our first character to visit. Breakfast was okay, but I don't eat all that greasy stuff (and it was greasy!), so my muffin was expensive! We felt we were being rushed off our table, but there was no way we were leaving before the characters came. Nice surroundings though. Been there, done that, won't be going again unless it improves drastically!

Summary Loved it, Loved, it!!!!!

Reviewer's Comments

I just cannot say enough good things about this. We had tried to make the PS reservations prior to leaving, but were unsuccessful (we were WAY within the 60 day timeframe, so no surprise here..) We had made PS for the character meal at Tony's (standing in for Crystal Palace while they renovate); had some time and were wandering past the castle..there's a woman outside in the street saying there are tables availabe at Cinderella's Royal Table.. (Hmm..I'm thinking...this CAN'T possibly be for the 'character' breakfast..) But it IS, they take us right in (we were THE last ones..)FAIRY TALES DO COME TRUE!! LOL!! It was amazing...the interior of the 'castle' was beautiful, the servic was fabulous..the characters were gracious..My daughter got the BIGGEST thrill out of Mary Poppins, as she's just seen the movie before leaving home, but was dumbstruck by Cinderella..too funny. The handsome prince was particularly gracious and charming with my daughter, who's three And the food was terrific, great big cups of coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, fruit, fresh baked warm pastries, and a plated breakfast that included eggs, sausage, bacon and a yummy potato casserole for the grown ups,as well as an apple fritter with a cream cheese filling..WOW! french toast sticks, bacon for my daughter. VERY yummy..
I think the total including tip for the three of us was in the $64 range.. A fabulous deal, IMO, wonderful memories, and hopefully, some amazing photos.. The whole time we were enjoying this wonderful event, I kept saying to my husband, 'I cannot beLIEVE we're here!!" AND while the breakfast was going on, Cinderella's Surprise Celebration was happening outside, so past the windows (which are at the back of the castle, overlooking Fantasylan)kept Running Hook and Peter Pan after each other..funny!! We loved it. Also, since we were the last ones in, our waitress assured us, we should absolutely take our time, do not rush, and we didn't. We were the last ones out. DO NOT MISS this if you get the chance!!!

Summary Better than I thought

Reviewer's Comments

We had heard that the food wasn't very good, but we tried it anyway - and we really liked this breakfast! Our kids (ages 2 and 4) were happy to be there, although my son (the 4-year-old) was in shy mode and literally hid under the table everytime a princess approached the table. So every picture has my daughter and a princess. We did see Aurora, Snow White, Cinderella, Mary Poppins, and Belle at our table. Since we were one of the first ones to be seated, they all came over right away - I guess we were lucky. On the way out we saw the Fairy Godmother in the waiting area.
The food was pretty good - it was pre-plated, and I think they bring more out if you request it. The kids get french toast sticks, and everyone has various muffins to choose from.
If you or your kids love the princesses (and they seem to be more popular these days, don't they?), then I would at least attempt to get a Priority Seating for this meal. And if you haven't heard this already, you absolutely MUST call at 7am Eastern time EXACTLY 60 days prior.

Summary Castle Breakfast Yes!

Reviewer's Comments

I can't understand the comment that there weren't "enough" choices. They brought it ALL! There was bacon, ham, sausage, eggs, toast, danishes, fruit, and anything else anyone could possibly scoop off of a buffet...but it was fresh and hot and hadn't had everyone else's hands on it! Expensive yes. But it isn't just food you pay for here. It's the whole experience...plus the pictures! We had a group of 8 and our kids had a blast. Breakfast at the castle is a priority for us when visiting the parks. My complaints have to do with bus service and walking distance from hotel rooms to transportation.
