It was chilly (for FL) the day we went. The roast beef was yummy as were the mashed potatoes. It hit the spot!

Great sit-down lunch spot
Reviewer's Comments
We were able to make ps the night before for lunch. Beautiful colonial decor. This was a wonderful reprieve from the chicken strips and burgers found at so many other places. The turkey dinner was wonderful. Don't forget the apple caramel pie for dessert. Also, their orange and coffee smoothies were wonderful. We will definitely be eating here on our next visit.

Reviewer's Comments
We love this place also. Food was great. We had supper and the Characters were great too, I saw Minnie Mouse, Chip and Dale,
and a few other. The decor was authentic. I grew up new Boston and we had moved to Maine and had a house that was built in the 16th and 17th hundred with the glass and Indian Shutters.
So it was very nice. Love the whole thing.

Reviewer's Comments
We were really looking forward to this and was a little disappointed when we ate here yesterday. It just was not very tasty at all. I loved the theming though. The stuffing just did not taste like stuffing should and the green beans were very chewy. But we got greeted by all of the characters and got some great pictures out of it!

Reviewer's Comments
I was excited because this place came highly recommended by a famiy member. Unfortuantely, this place must have been having an off day when I was there.
We arrived for lunch just after 1:00. I wasn't overly thrilled with the limited selection (6 entrees including one salad). I ordered the Pilgrim's Feast. It tasted just like my mom's - and that's not really a complement. The turkey was dry and didn't have much flavor. The mashed potatoes also didn't have much flavor. The stuffing was ok, but nothing really special.
It was edible, but certainly not up to the standards of other Disney eateries. Maybe the dinner meal would be better, but I can't really say. Not sure if I'll go back

a family tradition
Reviewer's Comments
Our first time at the Liberty Tree was 1999 and I was having a miserable vacation. The heat was unbearable. I figured that, if nothing else, the place would be air-conditioned. What I found was that the A/C was just the tip of the iceburg. Our children were 8 and 2 and upon sitting down the characters were already swirling about. Besides the characters, who seem to go above and beyond, the service was some of the best anywhere. The servers were polite and made sure that children and adults were well taken care of. The food came in large portions and was delicious. In fact, after all our raving, the waiter gave my wife the recipe for our favorite dishes, which we have used many times for special dinners.
Since then, we have been to Walt Disney World eight times, always on cooler months, and always set our last dinner at The Liberty Tree Tavern.
