Sat. 10/29/05 - 7:30 pm - wait time: 15 minutes
SERVICE: Gina explained all the details of the curious menu items and wonderful ber menu. Warm, "B&B friendly", like we were visiting someone's home.
We even had a wonderful irish gentleman come and tell us all the history behind the name, the photos & murals on the wall and the furnishings. We were just tourists on holiday with our 10 year old son. No one special - just walked in of the street.
FOOD: Loved the menu! My husband had the Planxty - pork shank. The meat fell off the bone, the flavors in the thick sauce accompianment were complex and wonderful. I had the rack of lamb. Presentation and preparation was divine. Vegetable cooked just right - not too crunchy - not mushy. Looked just like the photo on their website.
Child's menu -- here is a weak point. The adult menu still too complex to interest a 10 year old's palate - yet the child's menu was not really enough to satisfy their appetite. THe sliders looked great - but could have had a bigger burger. Disney being a kidscentric destination -- the children's menu could have larger portions.
Yes this is a glowing review. But only because our evening at Raglan Road was wonderful. Did I mention the Beer! The creamy headed beer was refreshing and out of the ordinary wonderful.
Thank you, Thank you!!
We highly recommend Raglan Road on.

I went to Raglan Road on Tuesday evening and had an entertaining and delightful dinner. Our waitress, Victoria was knowlegable, efficient and and made our overall dining experience wonderful. I wanted to let someone know what a fine job she is doing to enhance the overall experience of dining at Ragland Road.

You must take a walk around to see all the interesting parts of the bar. The soups were excellent and the food was great. The server didn't always understand what we were asking for.
The Bailey's cream pot was to die for!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
Reviewer's Comments
My fiance & I went here on a Saturday evening & the wait was not long, yet the service was very bad. The amount of food that you get for the amount of money you pay is not worth it at all. We ordered 2 alcoholic drinks which were $9 each, and the glasses were so tiny. It didn't even taste like there was any alcohol in the drinks either. The appetizer we got was cold & horrible. We each took one bite & had it taken away, yet we were still charged. We asked the server for advice on the food & she said she didn't know. She couldn't answer any of our questions. Our bill was almost $100 for only 1 appetizer, 2 alcoholic drinks, and 2 entrees. Both of our entrees were were plain & not appetizing. We would never go back here again.
